Due to Covid-19 USPS is experiencing shipping delays
All orders are sent USPS Priority (unless specified and then verified by Gratefully Threaded
Faster shipping with USPS Overnight / Express
Tracked and Insured is an option at checkout for additional cost.
* We are NOT responsible for any delays stolen packages on behalf of shipping carrier
USPS Priority - takes 2-5 weeks for delivery
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
All wholesale orders are by custom invoice; please visit Wholesale tab for more information and requirements. Returning wholesale customers please email us directly as your information is already on file.
Shipping is via UPS unless otherwise stated.
All orders comes with tracking number and standard shipping insurance. You may add additional insurance (recommended) and require delivery signature with additional cost.
We are not responsible for delays due to shipping

We do not do international wholesale orders
If items in your order are damaged please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order and have photograph of the item(s) damaged available. We will work with you to provide replacement or refund of item(s) once returned.
Wholesale order turn around periods vary on size of order and availability. All wholesale orders are treated as custom orders, and are first come first served. You will be notified about the production progress, any changes, and shipping of your order.

Items must be shipped back within 7 business days of your received package
Returns or Cancellations
Please contact shop if you have any issues with your order.
Returns for non custom and wholesale orders are accepted within 7 business days of delivered purchase.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged/defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders (seamstress customizations)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All Cancellations, must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Additional Policy Information
Gratefully Threaded CAN refuse services or cancel your order at anytime for any reason. Submitted orders that are refused or canceled will entail in a full refund of your submitted amount, along with a notification stating your order was refused/canceled.
CUSTOM ORDERS POLICY
2 - 6 week turnaround time plus shipping (During business weekdays only)
Delays can occur during Custom Order process due to collaboration and/or shipping delays. If a delay occurs you will be notified immediately via email address you provided at checkout, in notes section and VIP Member Profile if you have one.
We will provide you with updates in regards to your custom order from seamstress, collaborator, and shipping in your notes section, or VIP Member Profile.
Custom tie dye orders / orders with seamstress alterations are eligible for exchanges/store credit only.
If your custom order is damaged please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order and have photograph of the defective product available.
Shipping is USPS Priority 1-5 days with provide tracking and email confirmation
Please have the courtesy to contact us before filing ANY means of a claim. We will try and work with you to resolve your issue. Filing claims only delay the process on both the buyer and sellers end.
